Treść opinii: Nie kupujcie na stronie internetowej Spirt Direct. Pokazują kwotę do zapłaty za dostawę po wprowadzeniu danych karty w momencie płatności. W moim przypadku za dostawę zapłaciłam 63zł przy zamowieniu na kwotę 59zł. To oszustwo! Odrazu po tym napisałam do Sport Direct przez formularz kontaktowy prośbę o anulację zamówienia. Ale dostałam odpowiedz że niema takiej możliwości: „ Thank you for your email. Once you’ve placed your order it starts going through the system straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. This means you can’t cancel your order or make changes to it. This includes adding or removing items, changing colours or sizes, changing delivery address, delivery option or email address on the order. Thank you, Customer Support” Jestem zbulwersowana i oburzona takim podejściem do klienta. Don’t buy on Sport Direct website. They are showing delivery proce only after you inserted credit card and pressed „pay”. I pyed 10€ for items and 15€ for delivery. I wrote to sport direct with request to cancel my order, but received only this answer: „Thank you for your email.
